Welcome! We created this blog so that prospective buyers or tenants, like yourself, could get a virtual tour of our house before acutally coming for a visit. We have lived here for 3 1/2 years and there are many things we enjoy about this property. The house is single story and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1845 sq.ft.) The open floor plan is great for entertaining! Both bathrooms have new tiled floors. It has a fenced in backyard that overlooks the neighborhood playground. The backyard was just professionally ladscaped and new sod was put down. We will post pictures as soon as the new fence is completed.
Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in West Mobile. It really amazes us how quiet this neighborhood is, considering the location! Location, location, location! We are just 4 miles from Mobile Airport- for you Coasties, this means a super short commute to ATC Mobile and Gulf Coast Strike Team! Providence Hospital is just down the road, we are surrounded by churches and schools. Target, Walmart, Home Depot etc. are right around the corner for those last minute grocery runs and home improvement projects! We are a short 5 minute drive to the library, parks, athletic fields, and the local University!
