After a lot of patience and hard work, the backyard is complete! Below are some pictures of the finished project. The backyard used to have a very steep slope, so we had a retaining wall built to help level out the top part of the yard. The entire yard has been completely resodded. We built a picket fence around the retaining wall for safety and a little extra privacy. The far side of the yard slopes down to the lower yard that is enclosed with a privacy fence. The fence has a new gate that opens up for quick access to the neighborhood playground. The small tree in the yard grows figs that will be ripe and ready to pick mid-summer!
